Payments

• Please note that all our prices are in US Dolar. The prices of the products are specified on our online store and Pepa y Limón reserves the right to modify these at any time. This will not affect your statutory rights. Shipping costs and Customs duties are not included in the price.

• The payment methods we accept are: Paypal.

You can contact our customer service us at info@pepaylimon.com about any problem you may have in the process of placing your order. If there is an error during the payment process with your credit card, you will immediately receive an e-mail to inform you of the error. In that case, the payment will not be processed and your order will be put into standby. You will need to get in touch with us through our chat service in order for us to determine a course of action regarding your order.

 

Shipping 

We sell products around the world. The chart above indicates the costs for the main destinations. Please be aware that customs duties  are not included and have to be paid to the courier upon delivery of your product.

We dispatch all orders within 2-5 days (Monday – Friday) Though FED-EX / TNT.

Once your order is sent, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail to follow your package along its trip to your doorstep. Our packages are shipped with FED-EX - TNT and a signature may be required on receipt. If you are not around to take the delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how to collect your package.

PRODUCT CARE

Our garments are made with care using hight quality fabrics and sustainable fibers. To keep them looking good over time we recommend you to follow these care instructions noted below:

  • Garment dye: most of our products are garment dyed, which gives this unique look and feel to each product. We recommend these articles to be washed separately, and when dark, do not rub against light surfaces. We recommend to gently handwash these items upside down with cold water and neutral liquid detergent. Please do not rub when using stain-remover.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

To change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately via info@pepaylimon.com within two hours since the order was placed. Anyway we can not assure you that the change or cancellation can be effective. 

How will I know if my order is being processed?

All products are subject to availability. If they are not available at the warehouse we will contact you as soon as possible.
If the products are available, you will receive an automatically generated e-mail providing information on the preparation status of your order.
